Never had a chance to meet Lynn but communication with her and Mark (who I met) was fast and clear. Check in was a breeze. I encountered 2 issues in my stay: 1) toilet, 2) alarm both of which were addressed fast. Although I had to wait one day for the toilet (thats why I am not giving a 5). The place itself is cute with very SF furnishing. The view on the back patio is nice. The TV should be changed to a normal flat screen. Also the curtains give a nice feel but too bright during the day.
I was stranded after another Airbnb fell through - Luckily, Lynn was able to accommodate me at the last minute! Lynn and Mark were extremely communicative via email/text/phone and made sure I had all the details and made it to the apartment easily. The apartment is lovely - so many windows and so much light! The balcony overlooking the mission is really terrific as well, and the bed is super comfy. The apartment is also quite close to Delores Park, Safeway, Walgreens, a Fitness SF, and tons of other food, etc. Mark even text a bunch of recommendations for things to check out in the area. Overall, I had a terrific experience - I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again if I go back to SF.
My husband and I stayed here for three months and we loved it! It's bright and sunny all day long. We had everything we needed - linen, towels, dishware, pots and pans... we basically brought two suitcases with clothes and we were set. This place is in a great neighborhood, Market street is just around the corner, Safeway and Wholefoods are a few minutes away, Dolores park is nearby. I would be more than happy to stay here some other time. Lynn and Mark were both great hosts. Easy to communicate, very responsive.
The home was just as described and my employee felt welcome. The hand off for the key went smoothly via Lynn's assistant. I hope I am able to use this location for future reservations!
Lynn's place is a very lovely spot. It is located in a safe neighborhood which is pretty close to a number of great places and restaurants. I think the word "cozy" is the most appropriate to describe Lynn's apartment. It is quite, comfortable and gives you the feeling that San Fransisco is not only outside. Lynn was quite responsive and we got everything we need to spend an easygoing month.
