Saron is currently Assistant Director of Sales for Lucky Angokor Hotel & Spa. He attended Australian Centre for Education studying Supervisory Skills and the Build Bright University in Siem Reap majoring in Sales and Marketing. He also attended the Cambodian-Japan Cooperation Centre doing a Marketing Research course and Sales Leadership Mastery in Ho Chi Mhin City by Blair Singer, Rich Dad Advisor.
He has been in the hospitality industry for more than 16 years and during this period has worked in all facets of the hospitality and hotel industry from operations to Sales and Marketing.
He was initially responsible for the Sales & Marketing performance of AIC’s managed and owned Hotels & Resorts throughout Cambodia and including the leisure markets (local DMCs, Overseas Travel Agents and wholesalers), Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and Corporates (Government, NGOs and Corporate companies).
In 2005, I was employed as Duty Manager (Front Office Operation) for Angkor Palace Resort & Spa initial 78 rooms and the resort expanded up to 259 rooms, Suites and Villa in mid of 2006.
In 2008, he was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager at Angkor Palace Resort & Spa in Siem Reap near UNESCO Heritage site. The resort was branded of WorldHotel as Deluxe Collection and followed by Summit Hotel & Resort with 259 rooms and I am promoted to be Sales Manager for this resort in 2010.

He is a coach and Mentor to many of the young people in the hospitality and will continue to impart his expertise to continue the betterment of the industry.
