International tourists! I speak French, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish and can help you make the most of your stay in DC.
DC newcomers! When I first moved to DC, I was fortunate enough to crash in my friend's living room while I searched for apartments. But what if you don't know anyone in town yet? I'd like to help you out as you transition to this awesome city.
Everyone! DC is a diverse and LGBTQ+ friendly city, and so is my space.
You'll have access to the whole apartment - bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. There isn't a shared porch/deck or outdoor space. Please feel free to connect your laptop to the projector to watch tv/movies.
I will meet you at the apartment with your keys. I'm available anytime to answer questions via Whatspp, iMessage, or email!
Keep everything tidy (don't leave spills, wash your dishes).
Don't open doors/cabinets that are clearly marked off-limits.
Don't open the windows.
You don't have to take out the trash or make the bed, but otherwise leave the apartment as you found it.
No strong-smelling perfumes, oils, or soaps.
Remember: You are a guest in my home. Please treat it with respect.
