Fran''s place was even better than the pictures! Super clean, and the staff was great. I dropped my wallet upon checking in and when i went back down to try to find it, they had it waiting for me! The rooftop pool was fabulous. We couldn't figure out how to get the air conditioning to work and Fran had it fixed immediately. We will absolutely return.

We had a great stay. Fran was very helpful and accomodated to out short notice booking very fast. We appreciate it!

It was really hard to contact the host. We tried via Airbnb, email and finally through the Anah. When we arrived at the apartment there were a lot of things left there from the previous user, which we then found out it had been the host. This was disappointing because a lot of things were really dirty, there was a used razor in the shower, no towels in the kitchen, no pool towels, etc. We tried to contact Fran so he could help us with these issues but we didn't hear once from him. The only time we heard from him was when we asked if it was possible to have a late check out at the Anah's front desk. Then, while still in the apartment, he sent us a threatening message via Airbnb saying I had demanded an early check in and a late check out (which I didn't) and that he had the ability to write a bad review about me for it. We had been having a great time despite the issues we had with the condo. However, his message was very upsetting. I never thought a host would threaten me through such a trust worthy platform as Airbnb. My family and I have traveled many times through Airbnb, in several occasions to the Anah, and we never had such a disappointing experience with a host. The Anah on the other side, is a great place to stay and the apartments are great. The amenities are excatly as portrayed and the location is great!

Hello Natalia, the munipulacion on your part is extreme. First and as you can see in our exchange of messages through Airbnb, ask to enter at 7:00 am when your check in was at 4:00 pm. He was kindly denied since until 12:00 pm, our guest did not leave, this is in writing, I do not know why he denied that he requested access many hours before the agreed, this situation you did not accept and from here he wanted to harm my image and that of my apartment. You checked in the whole apartment, did not say anything, everything seemed correct, if there was something that did not agree or something dirty, something from another person etc ... here should have said you opinion. Never got in touch with me during the stay, it is also recorded in our messages. News from you came to me when I was called by Anah's staff and I was exposed to your chantage, "or you let us leave at 8:00 pm or we will put a bad comment about your property and you", here was when they were again denied that extension of time, because another guest arrived and I told you that I could also write comments about you, clearly who threatened was you. My apartment is a year old, the cleaning service is done by the staff of Anah, which by the way is excellent, is a luxury apartment in an amazing place. Every week I receive guests and nobody has ever complained about the same thing as you. Not all things are achieved by blackmail and you have to respect the conditions in which you rented the apartment. If you were not given a check in before and a late check out was because other guests were coming out or coming in, Natalia respect the rules. I do not recommend to anyone renters like Natalia where they want to put the rules of my house.
