This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom kitchen and living room is located 1 minute walking distance to Montones Beach and 15-20 minutes walking distance to other beaches, restaurants, bars, stores and many more to enjoy.
This is a really cozy apartment, 1 bedroom with a full size bed and one bathroom. I have a full air mattress that can easily fit on the living room. So the place can accommodates from 2-4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen. A 32" LCD with Cable. Place equipped with Internet and WIFI. Recently living room and bedroom re painted and a new stove and sofa-futon installed.
The apartment is located in a small 8 apartments complex on a second floor. Just stairs access, no elevator. Apartment is walking distance to Montones and Jobos Beach. There are other beaches in the area (Shacks, Wilderness, Wishing Well, Middles, etc). You have Villas del Mar Hau Resort in front that offers horseback riding and has an on site restaurant. Many near food options like local Puerto Rican food, Mexican, Thai, seafood, sushi, Italian, bakeries, coffee shops, breakfast. Bars to hang out. Many beach sport amenities like surfing, snorkeling, scuba, windsurf, paddling. Other sport like bowling, golf, tennis, ice skating. And a lot more!!!

PARKING: There is one parking provided with the apartment, parking is numbered A8, located on the front/outside of the apartment complex. Additional parking is available on the premises.
1.This is a NON-SMOKING and DRUG-FREE PROPERTY.
2.PETS are NOT permitted on the property under any conditions, without the express prior written consent of the property owner.
3.GUNS-FREE HOUSING: unlawful discharge of firearms, on or near the property will not be tolerated.
4.DAMAGE DEPOSIT. A damage deposit of $150 are to be paid with the rental fee. The deposit is fully refundable, provided the previous and following provisions are met.

c.All garbage are discard in the dumpster and dishes are cleaned. All garbage and refuse shall be disposed of in a timely manner in the outside dumpster.
d.Dirty bed linen and towels are placed at the floor by the entry of the bedroom upon departure.
e.All keys are returned in person or left where found and all doors, windows and gates are left locked.
f.Although check-in and check-out times are flexible, please stick to the check-in and check-out time previously agreed with the Owner. If different check-in or late check-out please advise the Owner ahead of time.
g.Bikes are left safe inside the unit.
h. Sand- Use the outside shower, sand stays outside please.
i.Please immediately report any damage you may find upon your arrival to the place.
5.GUEST CONDUCT-Guest shall conduct themselves in a manner as to not disturb, or cause any distress to the neighbors, this would include, but not limited: loud music, yelling or screaming, drunk or disorderly conduct, profane language, lewd behavior or nudity. No illegals activities shall be conducted on the property.
6.OCCUPANCY: Only occupants numbered on the booking shall occupy the rental property unless prior agreement of additional people.
7.EXTERIOR: Nothing shall be thrown out of any window, door or from any porch into any attached court, yard, sidewalk or alley. Garbage cans shall not be placed in the halls or on the staircase landings.
8.KEYS: Guest will be provided with copies of every key for the premises. If the guest shall lose the keys to the apartment, then he shall be responsible for a fee of $20 in addition to cost of replacement keys or locksmith charges.
9.LOCKOUT: In the event that the guest locks themselves out of their premises, they may obtain a key from the property owner at a time convenient to the owner. The tenant must pay for any damage to the property as a result. Please do not alter TV cables. If by any chance you deprogrammed the remote control, you will need to call Choice Cable Company at (phone number hidden).
