Spare room with queen-sized bed and east-facing window onto backyard. Private bathroom on hallway with shower stall but no tub. Office room has a twin bed. Both rooms and bathroom located on lower floor of tri-level home.
Street parking. Home is cozy, beautiful, quiet. One sweet cat present in home.
I have a beautiful home and I know you'll feel very comfortable here! The space I have to offer is the lower level of a tri-level (but with above-ground windows), which adds a little extra privacy between your room and the bathroom.
Room, bathroom, laundry facilities (please, not between 9pm and 7am, and only if you are staying more than 5 days), kitchen and kitchen amenities with permission.
I don't feel the need to interact with you more than you would like. If you need anything, feel free to ask, and I always welcome pleasant conversation, but otherwise, we can let each other have our own space and privacy. Most of my guests choose to spend their at-home time in their private spaces, and that works well for me.
The WiFi open to you is called MerlintoesGuest, and the password is Rosecrown1096.
Please be both quiet and personable. I do not allow inside smoking or surprise guests. Outside smoking must include cleaning up your own butts, not smoking near open windows, and never bringing butts inside the house.
My house is not very large, and the upstairs contains the kitchen and my bedroom. Therefore, as a courtesy, please restrict your activities to the lower level of the house after 10:00pm, especially on weeknights.
Please do not enter my personal bedroom or bathroom, or the garage area without permission. Be kind to my cat.
I generally allow laundry only for longer-staying guests (5 days or more), and not after 9pm.
When you check out, please strip the bed and leave sheets and used towels in front of the washing machine. Fold remaining blankets on the bed.
I'm a friendly, mid-30s high school teacher. I'm well-traveled and am working on my 2nd graduate degree, in nonfiction writing. I was a military child growing up and have lived in many different places. I moved to Colorado in the summer of 2012 and I LOVE it here.
I'm new to AirBnB, so I'm not sure what I'll be like as a hostess. I expect I'll be rather hands-off...here to help if you need something, but otherwise I'll leave you to your own devices.
