Staying in our beautiful villa you'll have multiple options to have a great holiday: You can spend some time in the compound featuring stunning pools in the jungle and enjoy the comfort of a villa large enough for your entire family. You can also enjoy the exclusive five-star Bahia Principe Resort for beautiful beaches, golf, excitement, and entertainment, all accessible for you. Last but not least, you can visit trendy Tulum (15mins away) with its energetic vibe, hundreds of cafes and restaurants and a legendary nightlife.
The villa has all the comforts of home:
The main bedroom features a beautiful en-suite bathroom, as well as direct access to a spectacular terrace overlooking the jungle and a swimming pool. The terrace has two sun loungers and two comfortable chairs which are perfect for topping up your tan on a sunny day.
The second bedroom can be accessed independently, has a small terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a quirky outdoor shower (as well as an indoor one).
Air conditioning, ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV with international cable channels are installed in both bedrooms.
Free & fast WiFi is available in the apartment and in the compound’s public areas.

The villa is in A-Nah compound, which is inside of the Bahia Principe Resort. The resort has 290 hectares (717 acres) and includes two golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, 4 hotels, 16 restaurants, 4 buffets, 22 bars, 6 snack bars, 3 spas, 7 huge pools, 3 gyms, etc, etc. Bahia Principe Resort has 4 hotels: Sian Kaan (adults only), Tulum, Coba and Akumal. There is also a Hacienda with shopping, doctor, pharmacy, as well as a casino, disco, and live entertainment in the evenings.
You also have the option to buy an all-inclusive full-day pass anytime during your visit. With it, you will get food and drinks in all buffets, restaurants and bars, for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You can decide about all-inclusive options after you arrive.
The beach is about 15 minutes' walk from the villa, or a couple of minutes by car. You can also take the frequent free shuttles which will transport you throughout the Bahia Principe resort.
