Basement room * + private bath on upper Queen Anne w/ separate entrance and mini-fridge. Queen Anne is one of Seattle's premier neighborhoods and close to everything: by foot, bike, or bus.
* This is a basement room and you can hear us walking around upstairs although we do our best to walk softly. :)
This is a basement bedroom with private bath (yes, there's a shower) and a separate entrance from the main house (including stairs to get to the house and to the basement). We're within easy walking or bussing distance of all the great things about Seattle: Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, downtown, Capitol Hill, Fremont, Ballard. We're also two blocks from a public indoor lap pool.
You will have access to the basement bedroom and bathroom. You're also welcome to hangout on the porch or front yard to enjoy the mountain views.
We’re in and out a lot, so don’t interact much, but are willing to if guests are open to it. We're definitely happy to provide info about Seattle and all kinds of recommendations!
We're very close to Kerry Park, one of Seattle's most famous vantage points. It's only a 10-minute walk south of us.
No smoking or loud noise.
I am a software designer and my husband is a data scientist and chocolate maker. We have two Weimaraners and love to travel ourselves. We had great success renting one of our own rooms out via Airbnb while we lived in Baltimore and now in Seattle.
We're quiet travelers who spend most of our time walking and biking to explore the cities we visit. We love food, film, chocolate, rowing, hiking, biking, skiing and urban life, especially in our amazing, beautiful home city of Seattle.
