Contemporary, comfortable apartment with wonderful views over the city and Lion’s Head Mountain. Situated in St Martini Gardens, a well kept and maintained Bauhaus inspired building from the 1960s.

Our 36 square-meter self catering apartment offers lovely wood parquet flooring opening onto a small balcony with seating.
Relax on the leather sofa looking out over Lion's Head in an open plan lounge area.
Separate sleeping area and fully equipped kitchen with bar counter. Please note that we can not supply extra kitchen equipment during long stays.

Regarding skydrove internet/wifi guests can pay in two main ways: buying megabyte bundles from the Splash Page using a credit card, or by buying prepaid MB vouchers from the office in lobby.

Very strict rules are implemented and applied by management and front desk security.

Noise after 10 pm is heavily fined on the spot. Noise after 12 am is a fine of R1000 on the spot.

All garbage should be sorted for recycling and dumped down the escalator tunnel.

No pets are allowed in the building.

SMOKING is not allowed in the apartment.

No more than two persons are allowed to stay in the apartment. Strict rules are implemented regarding this matter.

Unaccompanied visitors will not be allowed to visit you after 12 am.

Photos to be taken by the office during week days for security door tokens to gain access.

I stayed here at Erika's apartment in Cape Town for a month. Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, museums, and many key sites in the CBD and Gardens areas. Very comfortable apartment with nice furnishings. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions and clarified miscommunication quickly, across time zones. Hosts were also very gracious and left fresh fruit and wine for my arrival. Internet is the only addition that would have made this apartment even better so I am glad to hear that it will soon be available.

Dear Erika, Thank you very much for this great flat! We had an awesome time and felt at home from the first moment. The location is just perfect with all the restaurants, bars and places around. We really appreciated to be able to walk most of the time. The apartment is perfectly furnished and we missed nothing during the two month. Helle, auch für lange Aufenthalte ausreichend ausgestattete Wohnung in Superlage:-) Freundliches Echtholzparkett! Netter Empfang mit Obstkorb:-) Wirklich freundlicher Kontakt per Mail/(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) zu den Vermietern über das ganze Jahr, in dem die Vermietung schon festgemacht war, bevor es endlich losging... Security im Eingangsbereich sehr nett! Der nächste Kapstadturlaub (Kommt bestimmt!) mit Sicherheit wieder dort, wenn wir die Wohnung bekommen...!
It is clearly stated that this is a SELF CATERING apartment. Therefor I supply guests with two sets of linen. There are machines in the basement of the block and many laundry facilities around every corner. This is not a hotel but an apartment that I rent out to long term guests. If you want this Laundry service rather book a hotel. There is a first for every thing! Our first complaints regarding long term stay linen and city doves. But if there is nothing else to complain about, I guess you need to scratch for some nitty gritties to complain about! Regarding the doves, this a city and I saw the doves every where in Europe too. We have to accept nature as I can not put POISON to kill the doves. We did apply spikes to prevent the doves from getting in from under the balcony. They surely don't nest on the apartment balcony, yet merely a brisk visit and dropping a poop. We also hang CD's to scare the doves. If this puts you off don't book our apartment!!!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in bester Lage!!! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen! Das Appartement hat einen tollen Blick auf den Lionshead und den Tablemountain und liegt direkt gegenüber vom Company´s Garden. Man fühlt sich sicher und wohl und hat alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht.

Location of the flat is amazing. Flat is so cute and locates in nice and safe neighborhood. It is in front of the Company's Gardens and very close to the Long Street, which is the vibe place for nightlife. You can walk most of the attractions in city center. I definitely recommend this flat. I hope I can come back this amazing city and stay at this flat again.

Proudly South African sisters treasuring our property in the center of the most beautiful city, Cape Town. We enjoy the pleasure of renting to our international guests. For 10 years we have been working as teachers at international schools in Qatar, Oman, Dubai, and China respectively. Lynnette is currently teaching in Cape Town, South Africa and will be meeting you at our apartment.

We miss our country and especially the food, our family and friends. We miss "braaivleis and biltong" mostly. Soon when you are in CT you will learn about South African's love for meat.....steak, "boerewors" and lamb chops!

Life is a journey and we love the international vibe, meeting people from around the globe and to experience completely different cultures. Traveling the world is a high priority at this stage.

We loved Dubai, Oman, Thailand, Greece, Italy, Paris, Vienna, Prague(experiencing our first white Christmas) and Egypt (diving in the Red Sea) and next we will be exploring Asia further.

We always miss HOME, our beautiful country South Africa and Cape Town while abroad.

Our motto is "to make a difference" and to reach for the stars.
