Boris was a great host - very communicative. The apartment is in old Nice, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and a short walk from the beach. The only downside is the intense number of stairs to get to the flat.

Great place if you want to be right in the middle of the French Riviera night scene and don't mind taking your luggage up many flights of stairs. Bad place if you don' want to be right in the middle of the French Riviera night scene which keeps going all night.
