Cozy 2 bedroom apartment with a beatiful and spacious covered terrace with sea view
If you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of busy Dubrovnik streets, then is the perfect place for you.
Indy's apartment is located in a small village called Vrbica. In case you are a family or a smnall group, then this is the right place for you. Indy's apartment has 2 rooms in total that can acommodate 4 people. The living room has a sofa which can be turned into a bed that can acommodate 2 guests extra.
The maximum number of guests that we can acommodate is 6.
Indy's sunny apartment is only 5-10 minutes away from Dubrovnik by car or by bus (there is a regular local bus line every hour).
The bay's small beach is only 5 minutes walking away from your room.
So, if you wish to relax and enjoy the beach and the sun but still be at the palm's distance from all Dubrovnik's attractions, then this is the right place for you :)
Indy's sunny apartment is located on the first floor of a family owned house. There is kitchen and a living room as well. The balcony is shared by both rooms as well as the bathroom.
The kitchen is eqiped with an oven, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, fridge and freezer (and an extra freezer in the corridor).
The living room is spacious, with a big dining table and chairs, a sofa, satelitte TV and a balcony with a sea view.
In case you don't feel like sitting on your apartment balcony, please feel free to go down the steps to the ground floor-here you will find another lovely private terrace with a sea view as well.
Feel free to grab your morning coffee and breakfast down and enjoy the morning view on the horizont.
In case you wish to stay fit during your stay here, the owner will show you where the Lat & Chest Machine located is.
I, Natasha, am the main contact with the guests.
I will be the link to my first neighbour, Indira, by whom the rooms are namedand owned.
We both wish that you feel welocome and good, so please don't hesitate to ask anything before or during your stay here.
Someone will always be there upon your arrival to greet you and show you around the house. We want that you feel secure and relaxed, after all you're on holiday!
Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you've found it upon your check in.
As well please pay a little bit of attention to your kitchen cleanliness most important is to not leave any crumbs behind. The main reason is that the listing is located in a village and it's surrounded with trees and nature, therefor it's good to pay attention to this as they might attract ants . We don't want you working and cleaning instead of resting and sunbathing during your holiday but paying attention to these little bits of hygiene will ensure you have a trouble free stay.
You can dispose of the garbage in the big garbage containers that can be found a short walk to the right hand side once up on the main road above the house.
Croatia has been recycling a few years now and it would be awesome if you'd put this extra effort too in taking care of our beautiful country and it's natural flora and fauna just like we locals do too (you can imagine the amount of garbage all these big tourist numbers produce).
Of course this is totally optional and up to your good will.
In case you do decide to recycle, you will find the recycling containers at the same spot on the road as the other garbage containers (plastic, paper and glass).
If you have any plastic bottles, beer cans etc on your departure day, just leave them in the kitchen for you're host to dispose of for you (there is usually a box for you to leave them in).
Please don't destroy the bottles or cans as some can be used in shops again to be exchanged for a small fee-of this I'm sure your host will be grateful as we locals live here all year based on the tourism income that is much shorter in terms of months (of course you can always do the same thing and save some change whilst being here - please ask your host for tips on which shops accept these empty bottles and which bottles can be returned for this fee as not all of them are refundable).
We'd totally appreciate it if you'd do some of the above and I'm sure you do most of these things back at home anyhow ☺
Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules!
I'm a people person (and a crazy cat lady lol someone might add). I love to meet new friends and I've already got a bunch of great friends I've met thanks to Airbnb.
I'm positive, love to laugh and love everything that the youngsters love ;) even though I'm not the youngest flower in the field :D
I read a lot, last years mainly horror, sci-fi and techno thrillers but there isn't genre in this world that I haven't gone through in great detail thanks to my obsession with books since I was 10. I suppose living here in this little corner where even God doesn't frequent that much anymore helped :)
Electronic music has always been my greatest love, finally I've learned how to DJ 2 years ago. I'm playing music usually at after parties still at home unfortunately and usually on a night of get together with some of our friends and/or guests :) You're all more than welcome to join us :) I play techno but there isn't a style I don't love, so I'll adjust myself to the people ;)
I've never watched TV but started to get obsessed with some of the TV shows thanks to my boyfriend. We love The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, True Blood and probably a lot more than I can't think of right now. We really love to go to the movies from time to time.
I'd love to travel more often but when we have the money then we work and have no time; then when we don't work we've already spent all the money. Not the best pairing in terms of saving lol we spend what we have too fast lol One of the reasons might also be that the amount isn't the biggest one in the world lol Oh well, one day we'll get materialistic and have more money, as this is how it usually functions in this world of materialism and greed.
My life motto is to be positive no matter what, everything is always easier with a positive attitude. Positive energy attracts positive things and outcomes, negative attracts negative ones. I've been the witness to this philosophy all my life and I'll always try to stick to it.
