This rather quaint Spanish studio apartment is located in the centre of Estepona old town. It provides comfortable accommodation for between two with a sofabed in the lounge for a possible two more people. To access the apartment, you pass through a door from the typical Spanish street and then up a flight of stairs to the apartment front door. This leads directly into the lounge which is complete with kitchenette, dining area for two, IPTV with a lot of TV channels from many countries, Spanish TV and air conditioning (fair use policy, no excessive use). The bathroom is also accessed from the lounge and has a separate shower, WC and sink. There are some glass terrace doors that open out onto a balcony (which is small to stand on but is good for open air). To the rear of the lounge are some stairs that go up into the loft-style bedroom area. This is very quaint area and the décor involves plenty of natural wood. There is also plenty of storage space, however, the standing area is a bit limited in some areas in this room. The air conditioning also serves this area which keeps the area cool and comfortable during the summer months and warm during winter. The apartment is very quiet

The apartment is located in a charming typical Spanish street in the middle of Estepona Old town. You have plenty of the old traditional Spanish coffee bars, restaurants, little supermarkets and charming squares all on your doorstep. There are plenty of narrow streets and with painted white Casetas in the general area. The beach is a short 3 minute walk through the town. Here you have a long beach with plenty of chiringuitos (beach bars) along the beach. There is a good beach front promenade which you can take all the way to the port where the boats are. The port is also a popular area which is full of bars and restaurants and is also home to the early morning Sunday craft market. The bull ring is across the road from the Port where you can still see a bull fight. Most of the museums (all normally free) have also been moved to this location.


All of the studio apartment. The only shared part is the stairwell from downstairs up to the first floor. You have your own normal locking front door.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Charming place in the heart of the old town. The apartment has been very tastefully decorated and the old building has lots of character. The location is fabulous, easy walking distance to the beach but right next to some of the best restaurants in Estepona.

The apartment was clean and the location is great! Very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people. I would definitely book the apartment again if I return to the area for a visit.

This was our second time in Estepona and the studio on Calle Flores was a perfect home. The location is ideal, and the apartment adorable. Marc the downstairs resident was gracious and kind in helping us with any question or need. As other reviews noted, the bed is very comfortable; also the shower was very good. We will want to stay here again the next time we visit beautiful Estepona!

This is a great value, ideal for one person or a couple, centrally located in the old town, it's perfect.

We found the place to be ideal for our needs as a couple. It was small yet comfortable and quirky. It had all of the basic accommodation needs and was clean and tidy. The location was ideal and had a real native Spanish feel to it. It is only couple of minutes walk away from the beach which was lovely. Mark was very helpful and enthusiastic from the moment we arrived. We would recommend and would stay again. The only negative was trying to be charged twice for our stay from Time in Spain Holidays. It happened as we were in the airport about to fly out. I received another email looking for the money to be deposited again and this made us feel a little uncomfortable at that stage. However, I was able to clarify the issue promptly in the end and given some reassurance and an apology.

Vi manglede en altan eller et sted at nyde morgenkaffen for lejligheden var meget lille og mørk. Dette skal forståes som information, ikke brok, for prisen var lav og faciliteterne fine..
