Our cozy, two-bedroom apartment is bright and airy, with exposed brick and eclectic, vintage furnishings. It comfortably fits three adult people in real beds (one queen, one twin and a toddler bed; the apartment will accommodate four people if you have 2 small children or someone sleeps on the couch) and is on a tree-lined street, right off of Fulton Avenue in the heart of Fort Green (a 5 min walk from all trains)!
The apartment is a third-floor walk-up in a brownstone, located in the heart of Fort Greene on Fort Greene Place between Fulton & DeKalb. It is cozy and charming. There are two bedrooms (east-facing) and one bathroom with a full bath. The larger bedroom has a queen size bed, the smaller one a twin and toddler bed; the larger room is designed for grown-ups and the smaller room is great for kids (but can accommodate an adult if preferred). The kitchen/living room/dining area is one large space; it’s bright and airy with an exposed brick wall and excellent natural light (west-facing). During spring, summer, and fall, there is a “tree house” effect from the trees that line the street and the foliage they provide. During warmer months, there’s an air-conditioner in every room (with an extra-strength model in the large “common area”). In the cooler months, the programmable thermostat keeps everything at the temp of your choice!
Full disclosure: The floors are somewhat slanted, the apartment is older and quaint. This is NYC, so the occasional pest might appear.
