Our home is a cozy comfortable bright and airy space that has been newly updated. It has been furnished for maximum enjoyment!! We have recently have gone green and have added solar panels.
It would be great for two small families (4 adults and a few kids) or for two or three couples or for an extended family. Also great for a girls or guys weekend as well as a corporate retreat. I have a hospitality background and have put it to use with this property
Come and enjoy the whole home and hot tub. There is a public golf course and club house with a restaurant and bar that you will have access to. The beach is a 10 minute walk.
I will provide a key code for entry to our home on the morning of your arrival. I am always available by text or phone to help guests. You will have total privacy at our home.
Our home is located on the beautiful and Serene Harbour links golf course. We are on the 14th tee with a view of the surrounding hills. Our home is on a quiet court with plenty of parking.
You can walk to the beach, golf, club house and the Blue Water bistro and Bar from our home.
We have a billiards table and foosball table in the garage and wii in the upstairs bedroom to play and unwind.
We have just added a gas fire pit table to our back patio to help you relax, unwind and enjoy the harbor views.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap that are an eco friendly plant based product with essential oils and botanical extracts. Our shampoo and conditioner is from J.R. Watkins and is 98% natural. Our hand soap and shower gel is from Zogics (citrus and aloe).
Come and enjoy our entire home, hot tub, and patio with outdoor fire pit. It will all be yours to enjoy with complete privacy.

The house I have been told is well stocked with amenities (linens, towels, bath products, laundry detergents and herbs and spices). Just pack your bag, bring your food and come on out and. unwind.

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT AND RENTAL RULES
CHECK-IN TIME is 4:00 P.M. PST and CHECKOUT is 11:00 A.M. PST. No Early Check-in or late checkout without prior approval.
DEPOSIT – Security deposit

• No pets unless approved by the owner and a $75 pet fee is paid
• No smoking,
•The house must be left locked and the key returned to the lock box upon departure.
• If the renter is evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by Bodega Harbor Homeowner's Association. All legal fees associated with the eviction will be renter's responsibility to pay.
*Do not move the Furniture around. We try and keep our house looking very nice and guests have damaged paint and have scratched the floor when moving furniture. We will charge for repainting and repairs.

This House is a NON-SMOKING home!
TELEPHONE SERVICE- There is long distance available (no international calling). Cell phone service is different per provider. Emergency medical and police services can be called by dialing 911.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons. More than 8 persons in the house including day guests will be a violation of the contract.
MINIMUM STAY- This property requires a two (2) night minimum stay.
PARKING- We request that you limit vehicles to three (3) and park in the driveway or in front of the house by the center island.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE- The house must be left reasonably clean to receive a full refund of deposit. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, we do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from this home. We provide extra beach towels for your use. Shake out all the sand before bringing the towels back into the house. Do not remove any furniture from the house.
Please put all outdoor furniture back to its original laction if you have moved it.
LOCKED DOORS- Any locked closets or items are off limits to guests. Any attempt to enter the locked areas is cause for immediate termination of this agreement and forfeiture of all monies paid. Guests will be liable for damage.
HOT TUB- Please see Hot tub rules on the chalkboard by the hot tub. Please rinse off any lotions, oils or perfumes before entering the hot tub. Please rinse off all beach sand and ocean water before getting into the hot tub! DO NOT SIT, STAND OR LAY ON THE HOT TUB COVER! Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub; leave the cover on so the hot tub will stay hot. Please no glass in or around the hot tub area, there are plastic glasses in the kitchen that can be used . There is a $75 charge is the hot tub needs to be drained due to broken glass or misuse of the tub.
NOISE- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. (Sonoma County Ordinance # 5908) and are strictly enforced by the homeowner's association.
WATER AND SEWER- Occasionally the hydrants are flushed by the water department and the water can have a strange color and odor. To clear it, run the faucets in the kitchen and the bathrooms for a few minutes and it should return to clean and clear. NEVER flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilets!
USE OF THE GOLF COURSE IS STRICKLY PROHIBITED UNLESS YOU HAVE A RESERVATION and are a paid golfer. Do not walk or play on the golf course. There is a $200 fine for trespassing.
Parking at the golf course /club house is only for golf/restaurant use. If you drive to the beach you will need to park on the street and not the parking lot for the golf course and or restaurant.
SAFETY- There is one fire extinguishers ( located to the immediate right on the wall as you enter the garage) and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in the house.
Please DO NOT USE the BBQ too close to the house or in the hot tub area. The BBQ is to be used ont the back patio area only.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS- Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT- Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while staying at the house. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
By renting you have agreed to these terms listed above.
Please treat the home as if it were your own. See specific house details in our binder that is in the home.
Also accidents happen- if something breaks please let me know so that I can replace it for our next guests.
