Located in the heart of historic, downtown Colorado Springs, this charming, fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and is a peaceful retreat for you to relax.
1.The person booking and staying at this unit is at least 23 years old.
Check in is at 3:00 p.m.
2.The main house and driveway to the south of the cottage is a private residence. Please respect their privacy and only use the alley to enter or exit the cottage.
3.Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. This is a quiet, family-oriented community. Please respect the neighbors and observe these times. If there are complaints regarding loud noise or parties during quiet hours, you will be asked to leave the property and will not receive a refund.
4.People other than those in the Rental Agreement may not stay overnight in the property.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6.Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7.Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
8.Smoking indoors of any kind (tobacco or marijuana) is NOT allowed. Many of our guests have allergies to smoke, and this will be strictly enforced.
9.There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. There are second sets of linens and towels in the kitchen closets for those staying longer than 7 days.
10. Pets are permitted only with prior approval.
11.On the morning of your departure, please follow the checkout procedures which are in the Guest Handbook at the property, and posted on the refrigerator. A copy will be included in your confirmation letter.
12.Check out is 10:00 a.m.
