Great room: the large main room is over 50 feet long with14’ ceiling, 7’ wide gas log fireplace, three sofas and two high back arm chairs, opening through three pair of French doors to south facing front terrace overlooking one acre lake, also opening through three pair of French doors to dining room. Double wooden doors lead to Master suite through adjacent bar/beverage alcove with wine cooler and beverage cooler, bar sink and counter with cabinets that can service great room events or master bedroom occupants.
Dining room: (20x24) with 12’ coffered wood ceiling and dining table seating 10-12. Dining room opens through 8’ wooden pocket doors to the library featuring two leather armchairs facing a fireplace.
Kitchen/family room: The family room and the main kitchen share one large sociable open space. The state of the art kitchen would accommodate even the most demanding chef, featuring three Wolf ovens, Sub Zero refrigerator and Sub Zero freezer, two Bosch dishwashers, two separate food prep areas, 8 burner Wolf gas range, Wolf warming drawer, Wolf microwave, wine refrigerator and clear ice machine. South Terrace: The large (26x50) south facing terrace overlooking the one-acre lake is perhaps the most peaceful part of the estate. Surrounded by star jasmine vines and bougainvillea that seem always in bloom, with the black swans gliding across the lake, the terrace is the perfect spot for cocktails before or a brandy after dinner on the backdrop of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains to the south and west. Important Vacation Rental Regulations -
MUSIC ‐ All music is prohibited outside at a Vacation Rental property at all times of the day.
POOL ‐ Being in the pool is fun. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level as to not impact neighbors when occupying the Vacation Rental.
CONDUCT ‐ Creating any unlawful disturbance, engaging in disorderly conduct at the Vacation Rental property is prohibited.
NIGHT TIME ‐ At your discretion please consider moving indoors after 10pm to help preserve the quiet neighborhoods. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices and do not exceed the established allowed levels. Our neighborhoods are very quiet at night. The City may issue a citation if the noise level is recorded above allowed levels.
OCCUPANCY ‐ Please abide by the occupancy limits set in your reservation.
PARKING ‐ Please utilize driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle(s) before using street parking. There is a limitation on parking. Only one (1) vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time.
HOUSEKEEPING/MAINTENANCE - Guest agrees to notify Oasis Rentals upon check-in or within 24 hours of any housekeeping complaint or property maintenance issue, including pool heating. Failure to do so precludes any courtesy consideration. RATE ADJUSTMENT/ COMPENSATION WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF REPORTED ISSUE IS NOT FIXED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
POOL AND HOUSE SAFETY : Guest is exclusivley responsible for pool safety for you, your children and invitees. Guest acknowledges that the safety of yourself, your guests, children or pets depends on you. Pools, spas, fire pits and BBQ's are serious safety risks and hazards - including injury or death - if not used with attentive care and caution. By booking this home on AIRBNB you are fully aware of and assume the risk for yourself, your party and for any guests or invitees during your lease. We are not responsible for accidents. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY (ACTIVE OR PASSIVE) OASIS RENTALS, ITS OWNERS, MANAGEMENT OR EMPLOYEES, AND PROPERTY OWNER, FROM ANY HARM OR INJURY CAUSED BY USING THE POOL AND/OR SPA EQUIPMENT - OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE PROPERTY.
Oasis Rentals, at its sole discretion, may terminate this contract at any time and vacate a Tenant/Guest from property with no refund if Tenant/Guest violates any of the material terms listed above or if police or City enforcement has been dispatched to the property due to unruly behavior at the property or if Oasis Rentals, at its sole discretion, has grounds to believe that tenant may cause damage to property, or conduct illegal activity on property.

The "FINE PRINT" - All vacation rentals in Palm Springs and surrounding cities must follow very strict local vacation rental ordinances (laws) to remain in business, including strict occupancy limits (2 persons per bedroom), collection of separate local occupancy taxes (9% - 13%), party free homes, good neighbor policies, no outdoor music permitted at vacation rentals, renters must be over the age of 25 to book, and an actual rental contract must be signed with an ID provided for the responsible renter.
We understand that this may add a few extra steps to the speedy AirBnB booking process. We do hope that our ever present sunshine, amazing homes and pools, and stunning mountain views would make up for the extra steps. Please keep in mind that we don't make the local laws, we just follow them!!!
