The apartment is fully accessed by lifts or stairwells if preferred. There is a communal meeting area at both front and rear entrances and also a large outdoor area. Rubbish chutes and recycling areas on all levels.
We are happy to interact with our guests as much as they need, to assure they are comfortable and happy with the arrangements. We also aim to personally meet all guests when they arrive.

Guest will need to abide by Body Corporate rules. eg: no loud parties, no washing hanging over balcony. A full copy of the rules is supplied in the apartment. We do not allow pets or smoking in this apartment.
I am married and have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren. I work in administration at a private school and enjoy keeping fit and healthy. I have recently completed my first Ironman event in Melbourne and loved it so much I am keen to do more.
