Our old but really charming and bright studio with high ceilings and a unique layout, situated in an old-fashioned city building is perfect for exploring Ljubljana. We love plants so we tried to make our apartment a home for as many as possible. It is located at the edge of the central pedestrian area but still accessible by car, a 5 minute walk to the main bus/train station or the beautiful park Tivoli.

The main room has high ceilings and large windows that make it very bright and spacious. Together with a green view of the park it is a super pleasant space to be in.

The bathroom is fairly sized and includes all the needed amenities for a fresh stay: hot water, washing machine, hairdryer, iron.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. In case of smoking a cleaning fee of 500€ will be charged together with any additional costs due downtime needed to achieve neutral scent.

To avoid any unpleasant surprises please note that we will need to ask you to send us a copy of your personal ID prior to your arrival for the purpose of guest registration with the local authorities.

Ljubljana’s Tourist Tax of 3,13€/ guest/ night is already included in the final price.

Yet just on the other side of the building there is one of the main city streets with all major transportation lines on it.
