Ideal for "glamping". Rented only from April - October, this 18 foot vintage RV is in a secluded space with a large meditation garden on one side and stairs down to the lake on the other. There is a high quality infra red heater in it that will keep the place very warm. I also provide soft, comfy comforters and warm blankets.
It is across the lake from Shinrin-yoku which is also listed on Airbnb. I live on the lake and there are only two other families on this lake. We have all been coming here since we were kids so it holds a special place in our hearts and we love the privacy and the beauty of this secluded lake. There are no gas motors and the lake is very clean with many springs keeping it that way.
It's on a peninsula surrounded by popular trees and the breezes always blow off from the small lake. This lake has no motors on it and is spring fed. It is connected to a larger lake by a channel. The RV has a full bath, fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, sheets, towels, pots, pans, dishes.
Ideal for couples, girlfriends, or a single person looking to unplug from it all and become one with nature. It is teaming with wildlife and is ideal for birding.
I have been teaching contemplative walking meditations, offering life transition ceremonies and retreats here in this safe, sacred space for three decades. The restorative energy here is amazing. Many say they feel it as soon as they drive in the driveway!
Imagine floating in the small, quiet lake that mirrors the clouds and natural shoreline of the trees. Around you fish are jumping, turtles sunning, birds fishing, dragonflies galore! So bring something to float on.
Guests have access to a row boat or paddle boat down the stairs in front of the RV. Bring your fishing pole for perch, pike, bass, blue gill and more. Bring your own kayak or canoe if you like. You can swim in the lake as the water is not only very clean, but feels like velvet due to the many fresh water springs in the lake. The water is very healing as I often go in after working on the land and the scrapes and puncture wounds I get begin to heal instantly!! It amazes me. There is no sandy beach, but the bottom of the lake is firm enough for you to walk out a ways and then swim to a floating dock.
When you get here I will show you around and then you will have all the privacy you are looking for. There is a gate at the end of the half mile long driveway to make it a safe and sacred space. You can come and go as you please.
Grand Rapids is only 40 minutes away to downtown and it has lots to do if you want to drive down for the day or the evening for a wonderful dinner or live music.

If you like to bike you can bring your bike to Greenville and take the White Pine Trail as far as you feel like riding! Rockford is 25 minutes away and has a great farmers market Sat. mornings and fun shops and boutiques.
You can also rent canoes and kayaks to take down the river that runs through Rockford. The White Pine Trail runs through Rockford. Grand Rapids is only 35 minutes away as well.

I offer exact directions to the place. Everyone so far has found it with no problem even though it is secluded. It may be secluded, but there are golf courses, breweries, shopping, and more just minutes away!!
This is not a place to party, but is a quiet nature paradise. No hunting, guns, loud music, fireworks are allowed. Thank you
Living at Enchanted Lake has literally been a dream come true for me. I designed and helped build my passive solar home. I have healed myself from some very severe illnesses when I unplugged from the world for over five years. It was then that I learned about the power of meditation and the healing power of nature. I healed completely and now help women find inner peace and awaken their unlimited potential in nature. For more on my story please read it on my web site AwakenedPotentials
