Enjoy 600' of frontage on the Vly Creek. The water here is so fresh they bottle it up the road. The skies are blue and the grass is verdant green pasture.
We're in the heart of Halcott Center, down a quiet dead-end valley road, up from the historic town of Fleischmanns. Enjoy walks along the village's mansion-dotted Wagner Avenue.
New York State and NYC Watershed trails are nearby for hiking and cross-country skiing. In the winter you have easy access to Belleayre Mountain just 10 minutes away by car. Windham and Hunter Mountains (45 and 35 min drive, respectively). In the summertime there are beautiful spots to jump around in a swimming hole or climb under a waterfall (Kaaterskill, the tallest in the state, a beautiful drive along a scenic road).
Guests will enjoy the full house and grounds including an acre along the Vly Creek.

The property lines are the surrounding rock walls. We own the river from the bridge up to the duck box nailed to a birch tree. Please do not trespass!
Please don't honk or harass any neighboring livestock. If you're visiting the nearby farm stands please be courteous to the farmers and visit during normal business hours.
We live in a sleepy valley town so please try not to be too raucous for the neighbors.
