The flat is 2 bedroomed, with the owner staying in one bedroom and the Air B&B guest in the other.
You can choose between this Massive Double Room with plenty of space and Juliet balconies overlooking the garden, or another Double Room which is a little smaller, as in the eves of the loft, please see other listing.
The reception room is massive, with big windows overlooking trees. The flat has been recently decorated making it a really lovely and welcoming space. It contains a flat screen TV, loads of books, 2 big sofas and a dining area. The flat also has a modern bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine and is well-stocked with herbs, spices and cooking implements.
Clapton is now very cool with hipster bars and cafes in close walking distance and Hackney Marshes down the road for nature walks. Stoke Newington Church Street is also a short walk away and boasts an array of independent cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques, as well as Clissold Park (perfect for picnics while you watch the deer!). Other destinations within walking distance that you may wish to explore during your stay include Broadway Market (fantastic outdoor food market), Victoria Park (a beautiful space that will host a number of events and activities during the games), Shoreditch and Dalston (vibrant areas with fantastic nightlife and restaurants) and London Fields (public outdoor swimming pool).
Transport is incredible with Clapton train station (zone 2) a 2 minute walk away, going directly to Liverpool Street. Other transport options include local buses to Manor House tube on the Piccadilly Line or Finsbury Park on the Victoria Line and all night buses into town.
I have a lovely labrador called Betty (see pictures) who will be asked to stay with her other lovely family while you stay if you don't like dogs, but if you do love them, she is a sweet heart, friendly and fun to be with so let me know either way your preference!
Please note, when I am away, so is Betty, so please ask as it's rare for us to always be there.

I have a labrador called Betty so it'd be great if you like dogs!
She can also go and stay with local friends if you prefer no dog so let me know what suits you. Of course she is never allowed in the bedrooms.
The large room has a desk for working so it's good to encourage laptop work etc here please, as we like to Keep the living room computer free as much as possible!
