There are two dedicated parking spaces available exclusively for Seaview guests, located in a council‑run car park just 96 metres from the property. The car park is even closer to Towan Beach than the house itself, so you can choose to leave your car there for the whole stay or use it for day trips knowing your space will be waiting when you return.
You’ll find two parking passes in the kitchen at Seaview. Please make sure the pass is clearly displayed in your windscreen and that you only park in the numbered space allocated to you. Before you check out, the passes must be returned to Seaview for the next guests to use
Dogs are welcome at Seaview.
Just a quick note to mention that because the house is in such a fantastic central spot in Newquay, some noise from the town and nightlife can occasionally be heard. Most guests find it part of the attraction of being so close to everything, but I like to mention it so expectations are clear.
