i am a recent empty nester and wanted to share the big comfy space left behind with anyone interested in visiting The beautiful Hudson River Valley. I fully renovated this house in 2005 so you will not be thrown by old plumbing or drafty, antiquated interiors. I live quietly upstairs and know you will not be disappointed in your decision to lodge here. I am an artist, a traveler myself and appreciate clean, uncluttered and artful design. My family has been in this valley since 1832 so I know how to show you around. I want you to be fully satisfied and as comfortable as you would be at home so please do not hesitate to ask for anything that might help achieve your total bliss factor! From my view you can see 11 different peaks on a clear day, i promise you the views and the sunsets will not disappoint nor will the area's multi cultural, venue packed adventures inside and outdoors! Come for the food, the wine, the arts, the movies, the skiing, the kayaking, the hiking, the sleeping, the quiet ( except when the distant train whistle blows and the icebreakers on the hudson clear a path for the tugs and barges ) I live on the highest point in town so the wind might whistle, the hawks will soar and you will see weather coming from miles away. I am so blessed to live here. Come see for yourself!
