As such, it should not be compared to an hermetically sealed and air conditioned hotel room; you are sharing a private home. The bedrooms are generally on the top two floors with the lower levels reception rooms, formal dining, breakfast room and library. If stairs pose a difficulty or other medical conditions which you feel may be comprised, satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the accommodation before booking.
