Delightful and well restored one-bedroom apartment with terrace for vacation rentals in Rome, located on the fifth floor of a historical walk-up building (no elevator) in the historical centre of Rome.
The apartment opens directly onto a large living room, with a regular couch and a double sofa bed, a dining table and chairs, and a large French window which leads out onto a lovely terrace with a gorgeous view of the city rooftops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern comforts including a dishwasher.
A corridor separates the day area from the night area, where the bedroom offers a king size bed facing another French window to access the terrace. The bathroom, at the end of the corridor, has both shower and bathtub.
The building, historical and in excellent conditions, is located in one of the most famous historical neighbourhoods of Rome, Ponte Parione, in the Chiesa Nuova area.
Autonomous heating, air conditioning, large colour TV, DVD player, stereo CD.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, and have full use of the kitchen. Sheets and towels are provided for free.
Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.
