LIVING ROOM
A large sectional invites conversation or curling up to a movie. Enjoy the Roku tv with a local channel antenna; bring your streaming service logins to keep up with your favorite shows!
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen offers stainless appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of dishes and cookware. Here you’ll have everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, including basic spices, a toaster, blender, microwave, crock pot, and a roasting pan along with plenty of baking pans.
Coffee and tea are provided to help you get your day going or unwind after dinner. With two drip coffee pots and a grinder if you prefer to bring whole bean, it's easy to get the day going!
The dining room connects to both the butler's pantry and the kitchen. It offers flexible seating with 10 seats at the main table plus an additional movable table that seats up to 6. There's plenty of room for your whole group to eat together or play a game!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 7 BEDROOMS
On the second and third floors, you’ll find seven private bedrooms, each with its own personality! Sink into comfy memory foam mattresses and soft linens. There is no shortage of character on the second floor, with original pine flooring, woodwork and plenty of windows. On the top floor, you’ll find soft carpeted floors and views of the stately homes in the neighborhood.
BATHROOMS
The house features two full bathrooms on the second and third floors, complete with a claw-foot tub and shower with bench seating. There is also a half bath on the first floor.
DEDICATED WORK SPACE
A 3rd floor office provides a quiet space where you can retreat or attend to work.
BACKYARD
Our home also features a large backyard complete with a deck, fire pit, and gas grill. It's the perfect place to sit back and get some fresh air after a long day out in the city.

We love the original detail and charm of this century-old home! Please note that the landing between the second and third floor stairs has a bit of tilt from settling over many decades. However, the stairs and hand railings are all very sturdy.
HOUSE RULES
Please ensure these rules work with your plans before requesting a stay:
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old.
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property.
✔ No scented vape or smoking of any kind inside the home.
✔ No visitors at the property beyond those on the reservation, without prior permission of hosts.
✔ No Parties - this includes unapproved visitors or noise that disturbs neighbors.
✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful of their work and school schedules. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits to socializing after 10 pm.
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.
