This house is a very unique property in Tel Aviv.
Its an outstanding 280m² Bauhaus villa located at the very ❤ of Tel Aviv in a quiet street 150m off the young and ever vibrant Rothschild Blvd, practically a walking distance from everything that matters.
This spacious private room is one out of nine, divided between two floors of the villa (5 rooms upstairs and 4 rooms below).
The house has a shared kitchen and dining table, 3 bathrooms and w/c, several balconies and a FUN backyard!
This room is on the 2nd floor, 10m² big and very lighted due to its two big windows. It has one double bed, and another Sofa / single bed.
the room has a brand new A/C, a working desk, carpets, night lamp and heater.
The house, bathrooms and kitchen are being cleaned very frequently!
Our guests help us keep it that way as much as each can :)

We have 2 showers and 1 bathtub.
** TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED - PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN **
The laundry machine is free to use in the shared shower room and there is plenty of space to hang your clothes dry in the next door laundry balcony.
60m² Huge shared garden to chill, work, read book or have relaxed meals outside.
Big front porch on the 1st level and service porch upstairs.
I'm around all the time to make sure my guests have everything they need, and available anytime through sms, airbnb chat or phone :)
This is not a hostel. This is my house, and due to its huge size it might feel like a guesthouse, but I expect my guests to respect it as my own private residence nonetheless. I clean the house and rooms by myself for my guests' well being - but I do expect my guests to help me keep it as clean as possible (wash their dishes, take trash out, follow the house & kitchen instructions).
The check in time is 2pm (14:00), but if the room is available and cleaned, I'll be happy to let you check in earlier.
If you booked a room in the same day, the preparation time may vary, but I always do anything possible to allow immediate check in.
Please keep in mind that check out is 11:00 so I cannot guarantee you that your room will be available earlier than the posted check in time.
If you arrive early and your room is not available, you can leave your luggage in the corridor by the kitchen, help yourself with coffee or tea from the "everybody's" kitchen corner, and take a shower if you wish!
This is a historical and preserved Bauhaus building from the 1920's, and although we make the greatest efforts to constantly renovate and clean every corner of this huge 280m² property throughout the week- it will never have a perfect clean feeling that a brand new building has.
I understand that cleanliness is one of the most important things to our guests, and I'm committed to put every effort in shining up the place before you arrive. Please let me know if we missed a spot or if something can be cleaner in your opinion, because we would be happy to come and fix it!
Hey there! My villa is an amazing house shared between different travelers from all over the globe. That is why it is important to clarify some basic standards so we can all enjoy staying in this house together.
If this reservation was made for someone else or extra besides you, please make sure all of your friends/family read and agree to these terms:
Conserve Energy - Please turn OFF your room's A/C (Air-conditioning - "Clim") every time you leave the house.
Smoke outside - Smoking inside the rooms will not be tolerated.
1. Using our kitchen is CONDITIONAL to washing (with soap) all dishes and pots right after using them (do not store in the fridge), and to cleaning the kitchen counter, stove and dining table after your every use!
2. Clean properly after yourself when using the kitchen or bathrooms. Mop the water the best you can after showering, and keep toilets as clean as you found them.
Please don't take dishes or cutlery to your room, or any of my linen / towels or any household stuff. We'll be happy to give you anything if you only ask.
Volumes - Keeping volume low between 14:00 - 16:00 and after 23:00 is a city law. Neighbors can and will call police if their peace is significantly disturbed.
Generally - be considerate of your next door neighbors in the house and don't be loud inside the rooms. You have a huge back yard and balconies - Use them.
Don't slam the doors. Keep the gate and the main doors to the house closed - for your and the other's safety.
Keep common areas as clean as you can. If your room's garbage bin is full, please take it out so no bugs will come, and place a new bag instead from the kitchen.
Please take your empty plastic bottles out to the recycling bins by the playground, and the glass ones to the shop – or to the garbage.
Be nice to the house cat, Neko, and if you see my french bulldog, Tony, please don't feed him, he is very allergic to everything.
Please immediately inform me about any malfunctions, Hot water issues, WiFi disconnections, or misbehaving guests - at any time! Everything is fixable.
Please don't lose your key. If you accidentally do, it will cost 20 Shekels for us to make a new copy.
Thanks for taking the time to read all of that, hope to see you soon!

Hi! My name is Lior (pronounced Lee - Or).
I used to do Marketing and PR and while developing a social awareness campaign I attempted in Israel, I started hosting using Airbnb.
Thanks to this platform I get to meet lots of amazing travelers from all around the globe and while many became true friends, one guest became much more.
Like many other Airbnb hosts, I started with welcoming guests just with my own apartment, and found out that hosting travelers is something I really enjoy doing!
These days, together with help of my friends, I can offer a bigger variety of accommodation solutions in Tel Aviv suitable for almost any traveler and budget.
I'd be happy to be your host and do my best to make sure you'll get the best experience out of my favorite town in the whole world - Tel Aviv!
