I am a carioca who has learnt to love Rio living abroad. I am deeply curious about other cultures and ways of living, which is one of the reasons why I chose Berlin as a second town. My favorite spots in the world are the cities where I live, besides Tokyo, London and Bahia. I LOVE cinema & traveling, and also have a deep connection with music, psychology and the ones I love.
I have worked most of my career as a Marketing & Communications executive and my main interesting accomplishment was going on a journey of my own to research the topic of change and what it means for organizations and leaders. Through interviews with top CEO’s, a working visit at a Buddhist retreat, and reading literature that spans hundreds of years, I have written a master thesis on a new perspective of change and how to embrace it.
