The apartment comes fully furnished with all crockery, cutlery, towels & linen provided. Appliances include : fridge/freezer, toaster, elect stove, microwave, dishwasher & smart TV. A small kitchen table and chairs is suitable for dining or there is a breakfast bar & stools. Wireless WiFi is included.
The main B/R has a King size bed which can be split into 2 long singles. There is a built in w/robe, side table/ lamp and set of drawers. The 2nd B/R has a double bed and 2 sets of drawers with side tables.
The bathroom is large with a separate open shower and plunge bath and basin. The toilet is adjacent to bathroom but is separate and private.
A shared laundry has a washing machine and dryer and 1st use is free.
Large double doors open to a private garden with outdoor seating and dining areas which are perfect for dining day or night.
Each booking includes a breakfast starter pack with essential items.
Private entry is via rear double doors on the ground floor level (no stairs to climb). Apartment is secure and separate from other living areas and has 3 exit points. Entry keys can be left in a key safe for a hands off check in. Undercover off street car parking is available for 1 vehicle.
The hosts live upstairs and are available to help with any requests. We can be involved as much or as little as you like. Guests may prefer their privacy and we will respect this. If requested we can collect/pick up guests before showing them around the apartment. We can provide extensive advice to the local precincts, Brisbane and the wider SE QLD, including beaches and tourist spots.
The apartment has excellent cross ventilation and is shaded by the upstairs level. This means the apartment is naturally cool in summer and warm in winter.
Our usual check in time is 2pm and check out by 11 am but we can be flexible about this if you contact us in advance and there is no conflict with our ability to make it available to other guests.
Guests are asked to be considerate of noise levels between living areas. Normal reasonable behaviour is expected.
No pets please.
Smoking is not permitted except outside living areas. Guests are ask to dispose of ash & cigarette butts in trays provided.
Use of the pool table is at the discretion of the host. Agressive play has caused balls to drop & damage floor tiles. No play after 10 pm.
