The apartment comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (sleeps 4) lounge with patio doors leading onto the veranda which overlooks swimming pool, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and dining area, fully tiled bathroom with shower/full bath, air conditioning in every room. Living room has leather sofas, flat screen TV/DVD/satellite channels. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Includes allocated large covered parking bay. The outdoor shared swimming pool and children's paddling pool are situated centrally within the complex. There is also a small childrens park and garden/seating area.
Sun loungers are provided for use around the pool area. Communal changing and showering facilities are available at the pool area for your convenience.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment and use of the communal facilities.
On arrival at the villa, guests will be greeted by a member of our team to answer any questions regarding the villa, area attractions etc and will be available to offer assistance to guests by phone during their stay.

•OUR VILLAS AND APARTMENTS ARE LOCATED WITHIN A MIXED COMPLEX OF ALL YEAR ROUND RESIDENTS AND HOLIDAY MAKERS, WE THEREFORE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU USE CONSIDER YOUR NEIGHBOURS AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY AND NIGHT

SHOULD YOU BECOME LOCKED OUT OF THE PROPERTY DURING NORMAL OFFICE HOURS (9am – 5pm, MONDAY - FRIDAY) WE WILL MEET YOU AT THE PROPERTY WITH A SPARE KEY TO GAIN ACCESS. IF YOU BECOME LOCKED OUT OF THE PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE OFFICE HOURS YOU WILL BE CHARGED A €25:00 CALL OUT FEE. PLEASE USE THE LOCK BOX TO STORE YOUR KEYS AS THIS WILL AVOID LOSING THEM – FOR OBVIOUS SECURITY REASONS WE WOULD NEED TO CHANGE THE LOCKS COMPLETELY IF YOU LOSE YOUR KEYS, IN THIS CASE A €60.00 APPLIES.
