•Free, unlimited, and high-speed (72 MBS). It is ideal for watching movies or video conferencing.
•Please help yourself to the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner
•Please ALWAYS turn the lights ON when you are in the bathroom to let others know that it is occupied.
•Please feel free to close the blinds in the bathroom – but we can guarantee that no one can see anything through that window from the garden below.
•Large sheet sized towels are provided on your bed but please help yourself to extra towels from the pile next to the bath. Can you hang your towels on the door hooks in your room, this way they won’t get mixed up with the family towels.
•Breakfast is included. We provide cereal, yoghurt, buttered toast, marmalade, fresh boiled eggs, tea or coffee. Breakfast is provided at 9.00am unless you have an earlier or later time you’d like to eat. Just let us know the night before if you want a different time for breakfast.
•There is a kettle, tea and coffee in your room for your convenience. You are always welcome to come into the kitchen and help yourself to tea and coffee.
•Just a little further up the street at number 38 Station Road there is a gap and no house. You will see a house with lots of flowers (my father's house). Just send us a message when you are close to arriving.
•We know everyone has different plans and commitments when they’re travelling. For this reason we are very relaxed about your departure time, but we always appreciate it when you give us an indication of your plans.
•Keys are available if you need them. The smaller key fits the front door and the larger one, the back porch. If you arrive home and we are out or in bed please make sure all external doors are securely locked. Just ask if you need us to show you how to lock the doors, as the design is very specific to the UK.
GATES & ARCHIE
•Our little black dog, Archie is completely unaware of the road rules and so must be kept inside the gates at all times. Please be careful to keep gates and doors closed when coming and going from the house.
FIRE AND EMERGENCY
•We always leave keys for both the front and back doors on the ledge at the bottom of the stairs. The emergency exit from the upstairs is through the back bedroom window. This is the door to the right just before the bathroom.

Diane and Nobby
We're a friendly couple who enjoy travelling and know what it's like to need a friendly welcome when you're far from home. I'm now living back in my home town after 17 years in Australia. Mark is an Aussie who now works at home and is happy to have a chat and tell you about our local attractions.
