Cute in-law unit on the ground floor of a 3-unit updated building. It has a good-sized bedroom with a desk & office chair, TV with lots of cable channels, own separate Internet / WiFi. The kitchenette is fully stocked, electric burners and dining area. No living room. The neighborhood is very safe, convenient, walkable area with lots of retail and public transit options within 2 blocks. Easy access to Golden Gate Bridge, close to UCSF Hospital. Golden Gate Park is at the end of the block.
Very private and quiet. It has a small kitchenette with 2 refrigerators (1 small, 1 large). The bedroom gets a good amount of light, has carpeting. Bedroom has a full/double size bed, 42" TV, computer desk, leather office chair, dresser, U-Verse WiFi, lots of cable TV channels. Kitchenette is fully stocked with supplies, small dining table. Kitchenette has 2 electric burners, not a real stove. Bathroom has a small stall shower, strong water pressure. No living room.
Laundry machines in the garage. Free to use, no coins needed, shared with myself and 1 other person. No parking available.
Almost none. This bedroom has it's own entry and is located on the ground floor, behind the garage. I live on the 2nd floor, my mother lives on the 3rd floor.
The building does not have air conditioning, but there are only approximately 10 days in San Francisco when it might be nice to have A/C. The climate in SF is very comfortable, no humidity, and we're quite close to the ocean.
No pets, musical instruments, drugs. No smoking on the property. No parties allowed. No booking on behalf of someone else.
I have been a host on Airbnb since early 2014. My San Francisco apartment has always been rented through another website since 2010 so I am very experienced with hosting guests in my rentals and will do whatever I can to make a guest feel comfortable and have a pleasant stay. I've done property management part-time since 2006, for both residential and commercial properties.
I have been in the real estate business for many years. I am a licensed real estate broker in California but I don't do a lot of sale or lease transactions anymore. I operate a mortgage website which generates leads for private money lenders in the U.S. and Canada. Since I can work remotely I am starting to travel more and look forward to great experiences with Airbnb hosts while I explore some great cities.
Some non-business stuff about me... I play basketball 2-3 times a week. I'm trying to get back into tennis. I am very social and enjoy good house parties, bars, wine bars and lounges. I am Indian, was born in San Francisco, grew up in Nigeria, and moved back to San Francisco when I was 15 years old. I love to travel and plan to do more of it this year, primarily in the East Coast, Europe and Asia.
