With free off-street car parking and Wi-Fi, this beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment makes the perfect base for exploring Hobart and surrounds. It is conveniently located on the edge of the CBD: a 6-10 minute stroll to CBD shops and 12 - 15 minute walk to Salamanca Market and the waterfront precinct. Clean, comfortable and spacious, the apartment is great for families of up to 5, groups of friends travelling together or couples.
Before completing your booking, please make sure you have indicated the correct number of guests as no additional guests over the amount stated on the booking will be permitted to stay.
Minimum 2 night stay.
Tariff is for 2 people. There is an extra cost for additional adults/children. The total number of guests (including infants and children) in the apartment is 5 people.
Children under 2 years are free.
There is a one off $30 fee for use of a port-a-cot/high chair/baby bath during your stay. To reserve the use of any of these items, please advise when making a booking request. A change to your tariff and booking will be sent through to reflect this.
Check-in: after 2pm, check-out: by 10am, unless by prior arrangement.
Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am to avoid disturbance to guests in other apartments.
The apartment has great insulation and double glazing which creates a quiet internal environment. Being in the CBD there may be traffic, building or roadworks in the vicinity. This is beyond my control and I cannot accept responsibility for any inconvenience, noise or disturbance that guests may suffer as a result.
I take great pride in providing my guests with a property that is extremely clean and comfortable. During your stay you will be responsible for looking after the apartment. This includes wiping up all spillages immediately; using the kitchen pull-out exhaust fan when cooking to prevent odours from permeating into furnishings; using bathroom exhaust fans when showering; and in the laundry exhaust fan when drying clothes to prevent condensation.
On departure, the property must be left in a clean and tidy state similar to its condition on arrival. Guests are expected to put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and commence its operation and empty rubbish bins and dispose of bin bags into the council garbage bins outside.
Further house rules/expectations are outlined in a welcome letter provided on arrival.
I reserve the right to deduct costs from the security bond if there is any damage, loss, theft, excessive cleaning above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, extra guests (over that stated on the booking confirmation), or other incidental items incurred as a result of your breach of the House Rules.
