Our quiet cozy room has a queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress. There is a desk and chair & TV, a small fridge and high speed wireless internet. The bathroom is shared with a second house guest (If I have one)
*This room is for one person only. If you are staying for longer than a week and you'd like to have a friend or spouse stay a couple nights during the weekends, that is fine.
Our house is located on a quite cul-de-sac in Oceanside, CA. 7 miles from the beach. My hood is very safe and quite. I have two rooms for rent. This room has a super plush queen sized bed, desk & chair and high speed internet for you to use. There is a 32 inch TV.
We also except dogs. (For an additional fee) Remember: This room is designed for just one person but we do have a second room you can rent.
You are welcome to enjoy a cup or two of coffee in the morning. You can use the kitchen or any other public space in the house. I offer you a shelf in the fridge and some space in the cupboard. We have a large screen TV in the family room & quite backyard with a gas fire pit and nice views. There is a bench out front where you can enjoy drinking a cup of coffee and get some good old vitamin D.
We interact with our guests as much or as little as they would like. If we are downstairs having coffee in the morning than by all means join us. Or in the evening having wine, please feel free to pull up a chair and toast to new friends.
You are welcome to use the washer and dryer.
If you are off to the beach, I have beach chairs and beach towels for you to use. Even an ice chest!! Or a buggie board.
