Very cozy 1970s vintage trailer designed within a an outdoor oasis that looks like a Mexican restaurant/cantina. The 1.5 baths and kitchen are accessed from outside (no bath or kitchen in trailer). Best for those that enjoy camping and that are looking for a unique lodging experience. The trailer is best for one person due to limited space. There is an electric heater and fan available, but it can be chilly in the winter and warm in summer months. Please consider before booking.
The space is a vintage 1972, cozy trailer (canned ham style). The inside is limited on floor space, but not on bed. It has a queen-size bed which makes it a great place to sleep, relax, and chill. Due to limited space I prefer to rent the trailer to single occupants and occasionally couples for shorter stays. If you enjoy camping, outdoor living, Mexico art/style, then you will appreciate this property. It is much nicer than a hostel or camping, and it is set up with a private entrance for you to come and go anytime. The shared kitchen area is outdoors and includes a sink, refrigerators, BBQ, toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, fridge, french press, tea kettle, and dishes/utensils. The 1.5 baths are also shared with other guests, and are detached and accessed from the outdoor common area. The space is shared by Airbnb guests and one full time resident in adjacent room. There is WiFi throughout the property. If you are looking for a unique place to stay, at an affordable price, then this is it!
Shared open air kitchen which includes a sink, refrigerators, microwaves, toaster oven, BBQ, hot plate, tea kettle, and cold filtered water, Pour over coffee pot, and most cooking/eating supplies. Shared full bath and additional use of the open roof shower. Private detached camper with a very comfortable bed!
You will interact with other tenants and / or other Airbnb guests in the shared kitchen/patio area. It all depends on everyone's schedule. It's quite common to rarely see other guests/tenants or see them more often. But it's also likely that you could come back and a few people are cooking and enjoying some drinks and good conversation and you will be greeted openly and invited to join if you like. Friends or guests are permitted with approval from host/owner. My girlfriend and I also live on property in the front house with her dog. We are available if you have any questions or need anything.
The City requires a 10.5% TOT Tax for stays that are less than 31 days which Airbnb will add to the final transaction.
Quite hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. May be extended with owners permission. Please be respectful of other guests and full time residents. Additional guests require permission from owners/hosts. There is no outdoor storage of luggage/vehicles, no on site launder, no drugs, loud music, and no pets allowed. It is the guests responsibility to secure their personal belongings. The host is not responsible for any lost or missing items. Common areas must be kept clean after each use, if not, additional cleaning fees may apply.
Hello Airbnb community! My girlfriend and I live in the main property/front house with her adorable pup (Ra). We are both working professionals. I am an archaeologist and work for an environmental consulting firm. She is in school for acupuncture and also does hair/massage, and sings in a band (XIV - utube it). Through some very creative design the place has been transformed into an urban Mexico themed retreat. We love to travel and meet new people and look forward to having you stay!
