In Asheville! Walking distance to Southslope Breweries, Orange Peel & Walk to River Arts District. Beautiful, sunny, comfortable room. Queen Bed, bathroom with shower, sweet sitting area on wrap around deck (all private).
Very clean, open space with lots of light and funky folk Art by Artist Charlotte Scarce. aka The Sharecroppers daughter! Outside sitting area extends the space (in warm months) provides a nice outdoor relaxing area
Enter the Room through private door to right of the main entrance to my 1913 Asheville Home. Entrance is on the wrap around side of my porch so is also very private.
I believe in giving folks their space so they can maximize their time in Asheville. I am in and out a lot. Have the room set up for self check in and am always available by text. With that said, I also love to meet folks and hear about where they are from and share fun things to do in Asheville!
I live in my home full time so am living life in my side of the house. I am not a huge TV person but you will hear TV from time to time. I love music, but will be mindful when you are in your space to keep it low and always shut down after 10pm. I am not an early riser so no possibility of me waking you up early with my footsteps! I am very friendly with my neighbors and we tend to visit one another frequently.
If your arrival is after 11pm I request that you keep noise to a minimum. Similarly in the morning before 8am keep noise as low as possible. The shower is not an issue and of course if you want to have on the TV you are welcome to do so.
I am a vibrant self motivated person who likes to live each day to it's fullest. Some of my favorite things in life are traveling, mountain biking, yoga, dance, live music, cooking, reading, watching movies and making connections with people.
My hosting style to to give people as much or as little attention as they desire. I feel it is of utmost importance to provide a clean, comfortable & safe space with some necessities and peace & quiet. I like to share fun and interesting things to do in our great town of Asheville and point folks to current entertainment events.
My motto in life is to be as kind and compassionate to yourself and others each day~ And just ENJOY!
