89 Arthur is a historic 1890's city town house just steps from St Georges square and its nightly food vans (Eat Street) you are within walking distance of everything you could want.

Wake up and stroll into the city for breakfast and coffee on Charles St. before walking to the spectacular Cataract Gorge where you can swim in the pristine waters or just enjoy the views. Relax in comfort in one of our king or queen bedrooms and enjoy the seclusion of our private garden.

Recently renovated to get the most out of the beautiful space, we have installed a new kitchen and bathroom and refinished every other area of the home. We are a young professional couple who are self employed and loved the lifestyle living in the city enabled us to maintain, yet with a small child now part of the family it was time to let others enjoy the benefits of our perfectly located cottage.

Brad is married to Ash, and the father of two young boys,Noah and Ernie. Ash and Brad run a boutique wedding business, and as such enjoy working together all day everyday. We have a tightly knit family bond and have enjoyed living in the city in our cottage for the past 7 years, however now with our little boys needing some extra space we have moved to enable this, meaning others can enjoy the proximity to the city that this gorgeous cottage enables. Ash and Brad have travelled extensively, through South East Asia, China, America, South America, Central America, both Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle East, Australia and of course as much of Tasmania as they possibly can. We love an adventure and will happily share some knowledge with you if you would like. Both Ash and Brad are avid readers, movie goers, and active people who love a bush walk and bike ride. Brad is sports mad, whilst Ash has the creative flair, having a contemporary arts degree.
