39 Boulevard is a brand new, purpose-built executive residence for long and short term-stay tenants located on Sukhumvit 39. The property exudes the feel of a home with all the facilities and services one would only expect to find at an international five-star holiday resort.

What makes us unique?- Our recreational facilities is the top notch and my staffs are very service oriented. We are very friendly and helpful people. We are in a great location, plus with the amenities and facilities around, you can take advantage of that and have hassle-free time/holiday.
Additionally, every room, floor, facility and lift on the property requires a key card to access. Even the tenants themselves may only access the floor on which they reside and the common areas, thus providing utmost security and privacy for all residents.
Our unit has a spacious one bed room with excellent view of the city(panoramic view), with fully equipped kitchenette, a separate living room with balcony.

If Smith is not available then you can contact either Petch or Chai or even Patsy.
We have two towers, one is where our short term residents are and the other is just for long term expats. However, you can use the facilities and amenities in both the buildings.

I'm always available to interact with the guest either by phone or email. I work almost 12 hours a day and i'm present at the building almost at all times. My staff is there 24/7, if im not available, they can help you out. I'm always looking to help the guest, so there's nothing to worry about.

其他注意事项

Close by major business districts, banks, international schools, embassies, parks, restaurants, hospitals, shopping and nightlife centres, the property also affords residents easy access to highways and motorways. Getting to and from your destination has never been so easy, with direct passage to Sukhumvit, Phetchaburi, and Asoke roads. What’s more, BTS (Phrom Phong) and MRT (Asok) stations, Fuji and Villa supermarkets, The Emporium shopping complex, Benjasiri Park, Kasikorn Bank and Bank of Ayudhya are all just few minutes’ walk away.There's free parking in the building.
There are many ways in coming to 39 Boulevard.
1. Taxi- Tell them Sukhumvit 39, Soi Phromjitr, near Bio House, 2 tall buildings, with 7 eleven down in the corner of the building.
2. Airport Link- Come to Makasan Station, from there the cab is just around 7 minutes.
3. If you are around in the city- the nearest skytrain(BTS) station is phromphong. it's just 800m away from us.
4. Once you get of PHROMPHONG BTS STATION, you can take the subaru (4 wheeler taxis- tell them 39 Boulevard, it will cost you 40 baht inside).

I can also organize a cab for from the airport straight to 39 Boulevard with a fee around 500 baht net. You can let me know if you need that help.

Well equipped residence block with swimming pools in both tower blocks, gym and various sports facilities. This apartment is Boulevard tower 39. Note the road is 1-way at this point. Spacious serviced apartment with large fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and place settings for the number of guests. Washer in room, but should not rely on dryer function. External washing/dry cleaning available and a couple of restaurants and shops on site. Key card requirement for electricity is eco but can be inconvenient when washing. Useful shuttle down to BTS and it's high end shopping centre, although it stops early evening at 18.00. 15 minutes walk otherwise. Helpful security guards re: taxis / local shuttles. Prompt response to requests. Building/apartment/complex shows a few signs of having an insufficient maintenance budget e.g. stains, pool filtration, cleanliness, replacements needed. Efficient check in and out. Good points out way the negatives. Friendly and quick responses by email. Wide selection of well known local restaurants at the mid to mid-high range on s31 and s33 (e.g. Peppina). Best priced local food court is Terminal 21 at Asok.

After staying in Pattaya in accommodation advertised as 5 star but ended up being no stars I was pleasantly surprised that our apartment in Bangkok was in fact legitimate and exactly how it was advertised. My husband and I loved everything about this place. We had the pool and gym to ourselves on level 30 & 31, I even managed to sneak into the mens steam room with my husband and we were not disturbed. The staff here were lovely and very pleasant indeed. Although I never got to meet our host, I found his communication easy and very prompt. From very first contact he responded to my query within 1 hour. That to me is excellent customer service. The apartments are clean and compact. They have everything that you need. The bed linen and towels feel fresh and crisp on your body. Kitchen is fully equipped to live there long term if you wanted. It took us 10=15mins walk to Sukhumvit sky train but if you didnt want to walk just catch the complimentary bus. 7/11 is downstairs and there's a restaurant in the complex. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Hi,
First of all, just call me Smith, it's easier for both you and me.
I love to eat, play sports, work, chill, travel and most of all party!
I HATE to lose, lazy people, cats, books and insects!

I'm friendly(TRUST ME I AM), l have service oriented mind. IT'S ALWAYS EXPENSIVE TO GET NEW CUSTOMERS! (that's my main motto) I love to help, talk, discuss, learn new things in life.
You will find me helpful, I'm always available for most of the time. I live in the building as well, so i can service you at almost 24/7.
Movies and TV shows are also my thing, i like comedy- action series/movies, all sorts etc. I love to travel with friends and just enjoy my time.
Through my working years, I've learn two important things.
ONE LIFE LIVE IT never use to understand what it means until i started working seriously). Secondly, Work hard- Play harder ( If you work hard enough, then you should be kind to yourself and REWARD yourself every now and then.
I look forward in servicing and meeting you all :)

On one final note, I GUARANTEE SATISFACTION for your stay!, my listings are basically very similar, as there are all in the same building and i own the whole building so nothing to worry about, there are three in particular, city/garden, panoramic ones, and the 2 bedrooms, panoramic views are bigger in sizer than city/garden view ones, so its a bit more expensive(not much but only 200 baht).
