All the charm and style of Provence... Our 4 bedroom house is surrounded by olive trees and hides a 4x10m swimming pool. Located 6km east of Grasse in the scenic village of Chateauneuf, we enjoy calm and nature with a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean sea.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open comfortable living and dining space leading to the terrasse and pergola, the house will generously welcome 8 guests. All bedrooms are provided with sheets and blankets. Towels for bathroom are also made available. The house includes 3 toilets.
Two of the 4 bedrooms feature 160x200cm beds (one of them can be split in 2x80x200cm beds). The third bedroom offers a 140x190cm bed while the last bedroom includes two 90x190cm twin beds.

Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the main office and the garage.
The kitchen and the laundry room are fully equipped with up to date appliances.
A local point of contact will welcome guests for their arrival and assist for their departure. This person is available during all the stay and is able to handle any potential situation. Interaction with the owner by phone and email is possible as needed during the entire stay.
During the summer months, the gardener services the pool and the garden once a week.
The entire house has a heating / refreshing floor. The refreshing floor allows for a cooler atmosphere inside the house providing basic heat preserving rules are applied during the day.
Our house is made available to people willing to spend vacation in a calm and relaxing environment. The house is not designed nor supposed to handle parties, or receive more than 8 guests.
We are a French American family of 4, sharing our time between the old and the new worlds, for the best of both. We built our house in Chateauneuf in 2007 with the intent to mix a typical provence architecture with a modern way of living. The open kitchen / dining room and the TV/ family room make the first floor an inviting meeting space where everyone feels immediately at home.
We could not consider building a home without olive trees in restanques and were lucky enough to find the appropriate piece of land. Guests are now welcome collecting olives and bringing them to the local mill, a few km away (season permitting!).
