Firstly, thanks for your feedback. I wish you would have contacted me during your stay so we could have helped. Your feedback is unique so we could not have anticipated your experience without hearing from you.
A musty smell can certainly be frustrating. We have taken steps to freshen up the condo before guests arrive (opening windows for airflow etc). This certainly will fix the problem, which I suspect is caused by the electric baseboard heaters which can really dry out the air.
Previous guests have commented it was perfect for their family vacation which is exactly aligned with our goals for the property. The noise in the unit above you could have been addressed if we had known about it, even the most rowdy spring breakers respond well to a polite request.
Ski in access to the unit is from a green cat track coming from center village, or another green run called "Green Acres". The surrounding runs are mostly blues, unless you come from East Village which is indeed black. If you had reached out to me I would have provided instructions to access the unit from the easier side.
Again, we are available 24x7 and would have been happy to help you with the issues you commented on in your review. Telling us after you left did not give us the opportunity to come to your aid.
