A room in a 2BR apartment. Great location with two gardens view on both sides. Quiet yet super central in the most wanted location in Jerusalem. Steps away from the main Jerusalem market. You'll be sharing the apartment with me.
The building is renovated and shiny looking. The apartment is well equipped and decorated with good taste. Full of light & air. This room is suited for solo travelers, though sometimes I'll accept close couples who don't mind the size.
This apartment was built in 2014. It is super clean and super central. Yet quiet and full of light, overlooking two gardens on each side. It is located in Nachlaot, one of the oldest jewish neighborhoods in JLM and one with lots of history and beautiful stories about it. The room is cute and fits one person. It has a small double bed (1.3m*2m), a small cupboard and a desk with a chair. It has two big windows, a heater for the cold Jerusalem nights an a fan for the warm Jerusalem days.
Guests can access the guest room and the well equipped kitchen. There's a shared bathroom and also a shared living room with an exit to the terrace that guests can use mindfully. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
I'm renting the room while living in the apartment. I like to have interesting guests from different backgrounds and I'm interested in their stories. I have a studio and an office across the street and live a very full and active life. The apartment is so well located that I'm often out but I can be of much needed help whenever you're looking for something specific in jerusalem. After all I'm a true Jerusalemite, born and raise in the holy city. I speak Hebrew, English and some French.
For those private guests I'm there to help, and if you need your privacy you'll be very much on your own...
I'm Elad, a true Jerusalemite, born and raised in the city and today i'm part of a wonderful group of creative people who are working to make Jerusalem a better place for everyone.
I'm a dancer and a choreographer, a cultural initiator and a culture curator, working independently from my own non for profit organization. I live in the most sizzling neighborhood in Jerusalem and work across the street in Alliance house - Home for creative communities. I have an office and my own studio there.
I simply love JLM and I think it's the most special and inspiring place in this world. I'm happy to deliver any secrets about Jerusalem and it has a lot....
I've been a host since 2014, first renting my room when I travel, and starting 2017 I rent a room in my apartment, which is especially made for you guys - Airbnbers :)
As airbnb is my prefered stay in other cities, and as I travel much, I've had many airbnb experiences and I really like to host. When I travel, I will rent the whole place and most of the time, when I'm in JLM, I'll be renting a room in my 2BDR apartment.
