I am very sorry to hear you had some inconveniences during your stay. We always try our best so that our guests are happy and comfortable. A single bed was added to accommodate the 3 of you, I changed the rules after your booking, so that you do not pay for the additional guests (above 2), the new microwave was bought a week earlier it is brand new, I don’t understand why you couldn’t use it, I just tried it now it works perfectly as for the TV remote we never had issues with it, also for the plugs you are right 3 of them in the house don’t work, they will be fixed, for the wifi if you read our listing when you booked it is never mentioned that we provide for the wifi in the amenities section, but I thought that maybe you could need it for some urgencies, it wouldn’t hurt to have some, so i added a post-it that i left for you in the kitchen that clearly stated it only works in the kitchen area. Anyways the wifi will be provided in the futur we are working on it, for the towel holder i noticed after you left that it was broken, maybe it was on the verge of breaking, it wasn’t broken when we prepared the home for you, for the dishwashing products, since you were only staying one night we didn’t think you would need more than 1/3 of the bottle, there was a full one in the cupboard under the sink.
