Beautiful, tranquil and characterful two bedroom apartment in the New Forest, UK. Ideal for a country escape for couples, as well as small family holidays. Even your four legged friends are welcome! Available only for the Christmas and new year period. Minimum 5 night booking.
Accommodates 4 people, up to two children welcome and dog/s available upon request. I am happy to provide a travel cot.
The apartment has been completely renovated: new bathroom, all mattresses, furniture, flooring, kitchen, washing machine, SMEG fridge etc. It is very comfortable, with that added bit of luxury. Living room diner is all open plan, very light and welcoming. This space has a smart tv, dvd & WIFI. Small but fully equipped kitchen - solid oak with fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, fan oven, induction hob, coffee making facilities, all pots and pans etc. Bathroom is a beautiful traditional style, with lovely roll top bath with overhead shower: ideal for a long soak with a glass of wine (the shower is new & powerful but is over the bath so please note).
DVDS, blankets and books provided if you fancy escaping a busy lifestyle and relaxing.
A hamper of essentials will be left for your arrival. Dog towels on request . I simply request you drop me a message with your dogs details (age, size, how many etc and ask that you do not leave your dog unattended at any time in the flat unless caged)
I will add more photos asap, however all bedrooms do have blinds/curtains now, as well as finishing touches. All bed linen is also now 100% cotton and white, from The White Company.
Walking distance (15 mins) to a wonderful country pub called the hare and hounds. A five min stroll to a smaller pub (good for a drink), butcher, cafe, train station all within 5 min walk and a small shop ten minutes.
If booking for Christmas a tree will be provided!

Small private garden is currently being re designed and may not be finished but is useable for dogs. From May 2018 onwards the garden will have a picnic bench, bbq, lawn and relaxing space.
Two parking spaces, plus free on street parking.

* Maximum of two children and 1 infant are welcome and travel cot etc can be arranged as it isn't big enough for more children I would say.
* The flat isn't ground floor, so does not allow wheelchair access unfortunately.
