This place has been remodeled recently and looks like new! It's a cozy little space and you won't feel you are in commercial hotel room. It has all the things you will need to make it a comfortable stay!
Full Disclosure: Despite the several great reviews about this location, there is not much that I can do about the city itself. Baltimore, unfortunately, does not have an efficient police department or government. Please make sure you read about the city and its social issues.
In the heart of the city! Just a few blocks from inner harbor, Convention Center,John Hopkins and Mercy Hospitals, Lexington Station, shops, restaurants. New Kitchen appliances, private washer and dryer, decorated to make you feel at home!
New Condo, 100% walking score is a One Bedroom condo on a corner building of W Saratoga St and Park Ave! Close to everything, in the heart of Baltimore, few blocks from major area hospitals, Inner Harbor, Stadium and Convention Center. Washer and Dryer in unit. Enjoy the city and feel at home!
Attention!!! There is a club a few doors down, and a church across the street. However, the church bells and the club expected agitation are completely manageable, per my other guests reviews. If you are a light sleeper, in an attempt to minimize any possible discomfort, I have left a "white noise" machine in the apartment.
Lockbox combination will be provided when reservation is confirmed.
Linens, towels and utensils are provided. Street parking or choose one of the 3 parking garages and parking lots within 1 and 2 blocks.

It's walking distance to most places visitors come for. The Stadium, major hospitals, Inner Harbor with tons of restaurants, the National Aquarium and the Convention Center.
This is a central location in Downtown Baltimore. Like in any other big city, you must be careful when walking around at late hours. However, Baltimore residents will not disturb you if you don't want to interact. It is not advisable, though, for unaccompanied ladies to walk at late hours in downtown Baltimore.
Baltimore city offers a free bus that takes you everywhere, just pick your route at the Charming City Circulator website.
If this unit (401) is not available on the dates desired, please check my other listings on the same building(units 201 and 301).

If you make your reservation too many months ahead, make sure you print your "Reservation Itinerary" just a few days before your arrival. I might have changed the codes. If code doesn't work, first double check if the codes you have are up to date with your online itinerary, or give a few seconds to reset, and calmly try again. Call me if you need any help.
Lines and towels(inside closet and/or on laundry area shelves), coffee maker with filters and some utensils are provided. Sorry, no iron.

Note that the stairways to the apartments are kind of steep and narrow(like in most buildings in Baltimore!). If you have knee issues you may find it hard to climb.
ATTENTION: This is Baltimore! Some ladies may not feel comfortable walking home by themselves in the evenings. If you are a light sleeper the city noises may be a challenge.
I expect guests to treat the place as their own, by keeping it as clean as possible and using appliances and furniture with care.
Here are a few simple rules that I would like my guests to follow:
1- Please treat the place as your own!
2-When leaving, please shut all windows, lock the doors. Do not give out the combination to anybody besides your co-occupants.
3- During your stay you may adjust the temperature to make you feel comfortable. Please set the thermostat back to 50 degrees( winter/fall) and 80 degrees(summer/ spring)when leaving, after you stay.
4- The trash pick up days are Tuesdays( recycling) and Fridays(normal trash/ organic). If your last day occurs in one of these days, please put the trash bag outside the building on the sidewalk, before 9am, but no later than 10am. If not, just leave it there and the cleaning person will take care of it.
5- In case of an emergency, please call 911 and/or hostess at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) - Please use the extra linens provided (in the closet)to cover the sofa bed when using it as a bed.
7- In case of fire, the alarm will sound and the fire department will be automatically contacted. Please use the fire escape outside of the windows of your unit.
8- No pets are allowed in this unit, sorry! No smoking inside the unit, please.
9- Enjoy your stay!
I will be available through email, text or phone. But I will respect your privacy and will let you contact me if you wish to, or need to. This keyless system will allow you to check in after hours, in case your plane arrives late evening, for instance.
