Apartment situated in the Bandol wine-district: great and quiet location, 600 m from the town square, 2 km from the beach.
There are many vineyards, beaches, historical towns, farmer markets, large golf course, water park etc. in the area that make perfect day trips.
The flat is situated on the top-floor of a charming Provencal house with a self-contained entrance and private parking. It is made up of 65 square meters inside plus a 50 sqm private patio and a 20 sqm terrace. It was totalt renovated between 2013 and 2016 with a new kitchen, bathroom, wooden floors, furniture, electronic devices, central air conditioning and a new facade.
It has a wonderful view over the vineyard, and the large patio is ideal for sunbathing, dining and barbecuing.
It has two bedrooms, a living/dining room, kitchen and a bath room. Bedroom (1) has a double bed and bedroom (2) has two single beds with an ocean view. The lounge/dining room has a sofa convertible into a double bed and seating for 6 persons. The bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen and the dining room have french window doors opening up to the terrace. The apartment is rented fully furnished with new electric devices; including a washing machine, dishwasher, cable-TV and Internet. There are closets and other furniture as well as a BBQ and an outdoor storage with tools, outdoor furniture and articles for the beach.
It is a nice, quite and functional place that suits a full family or a group of friends.
Les Peras (the flat) is in the Bandol wine-district, within the commune of Saint Cyr sur Mer in Southeastern France (Provence/Riviera): 45 km from Marseille, 60 km from Aix-en-Provence and 150 km from the city of Nice. It is only a 600 meters walk (mainly uphill!) to the small centre with the main square, stores, cafés, restaurants, Sunday market and bakeries. The closest beaches, Les Lecques and La Madrague, are 2 km away; only a 30 minute walk through vineyards, olive trees and peach plantations. Les Leques has a very nice waterfront promenade with many restaurants and a small port. There are many beaches, vineyards, historical towns and major cities nearby that make perfect destinations for wonderful day trips.

Remember that this is not a hotel. You are paying for a different experience, one that definitely does not afford turndown service or a daily sprucing up of the place. Try to keep an open mind and embrace the uniqueness of the experience rather than focusing on all of the attention to details and amenities you might have had in a hotel.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat. Loud music must be avoided late at night. Pets are welcome to stay; just let us know beforehand and never up on the furniture. The flat must be left completely clean (follow cleaning check list in the welcoming folder) unless it is booked including a separate cleaning fee. Even so, the flat must be left in decent condition when you leave to avoid extra charges deducted from your deposit. When making a reservation with us you are accepting that you are obliged to pay for damages or losses caused to the flat during your stay.
