There are 2 Boss Frog locations nearby for affordable beach rentals; surfboards, paddleboards, bikes, snorkel gear and affordable prices on activities like luaus and boat excursions.
You will also be billed separately for the GET and TAT Taxes prior to your arrival which is 13.42% of your room rate and 4.166% charged on the housekeeping rate. 1. There is no smoking in the condo. There is no smoking on the balcony / lanai. There is no smoking in the building. There is a designated smoking area
near the street approx 300' away from the building. Please ask the front desk.
There will be a minimal loss of the entire deposit if there is smoking in the condo.
There has never been any smoking in the condo since our ownership and we appreciate your cooperation with this.
2.. If there is anything destroyed or lost, the security deposit will be utilized to pay for the damages or loss.
3. If anything breaks, please email or text us immediately and if you can snap a photo of it, please send that too. We understand that an occasional glass or
dish will break. Please, just let us know...
4. Please respect the quiet times of the condo and other guests later in the evening and early in the morning.
5. Trash can be emptied in the trash containers .
6. Please wash off your feet, shake out towels and hose off any beach chairs before coming into the condo…it will make for a more comfortable stay for you!

what to do while on Maui.

I am living my dream by helping guests fulfill their vacation dreams on Maui. I love hearing the excitement in my guests voices when describing the day they just had and how happy they are just to be here. I love sharing my favorite beaches, restaurants and activities especially with first time visitors. I wait all year for the whales to return each winter, still feel joy when I spy a giant turtle on the beach, still pull over to take a picture of a stellar rainbow and am thankful to be living in paradise.
