Lina was having her prior reservation on August 8-24, 2017. She then canceled her reservation on her scheduled check-in time (Aug 8). Due to our strict cancellation policy, we COULD NOT refund the money at all. However, as I understood her cancellation reason, then I give her an option to have free stays in our property sometimes when she gets back to Bali. A Week before her second arrival, we found an issue on the water in our villa that we couldn't control, we informed Lina immediately, so that she could re-arrange her plan, and we offered her our another villa in the same area with better to have any access to kayu aya (seminyak), petitenget, or sunset road (airbnb knew this). Lina was agreed, however, a day after, she changed her mind and started to complain and request a lot of things to me from that moment untill she checked out from my villa. I have given Lina many toleration, untill she asked for another free extra night. I told her that we've another reservation on that day, we offered her to have a free deposit luggage on her check out time. However, she didn't trust us, and texted us that she got a confirmation from.''my villa manager'' that we did not have any new reservation, I was surprised when I read her text, as our reservation are managed only by me and my co-host.
