Come RV with Me - A quiet country retreat nestled in the picturesque rural outskirts of Higginsville, Missouri. Our yard consists of 3 acres of a 180 acre farm and we have two RV hookups with water, electric, and dumping. We are just 10 minutes off of I-70. There are six nearby wineries, Kleinschmidt's Western Store, antique shops, a local golf course, and 24 Hwy Scenic Byway. Along the Scenic Byway are beautiful rolling hills and numerous peach and apple orchards with fresh produce stands.
This private space for you and your RV will provide you with rural Midwest atmosphere. The yard and surrounding fields are quiet, peaceful and serene. You will have plenty of space to stretch your legs, take a walk down a country road or play a game of horseshoes.
You are welcome to sit on our large front porch in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee or in the late evening to enjoy the stars. Anytime of day it is perfect for breathing in the quiet surroundings, relaxing and viewing the yard with its dozens of mature trees and surrounding fields. You will also have at your disposal an outdoor table and chairs, a firepit, firewood, a BBQ grill, and a horseshoe pit.
The proprietors of the property live in the Red Brick Farmhouse and run a nearby restaurant, Red Shanty BBQ and Roadside Cafe, open Weds and Thurs, 11am to 9pm and Fri and Sat, 11am to 10pm. The restaurant is available for dining in, taking out and to you, our guests, special delivery. If we can help with any suggestions or ideas to make your visit more relaxing, entertaining, comfortable or enjoyable, do not hesitate to ask us.
Extra Tenant(s): Additional tenants above four will be an extra $5.00 per day per tenant.
Parking: Please only park on the driveway closest to your RV and not in the grass.
Smoking: No smoking on the front porch or patio area. If you choose to smoke outside of your RV please pick up after yourself.
Grilling or Bar-B-Que activities shall only be conducted on the patio or designated area of the premises.
Pets: Dogs accepted, they must be kept on a leash and tenant must pick up after them.
Behavior: No loud or disturbing behavior is permitted at any time. Do not leave children unsupervised.
Property Cleaning: Place bagged trash in the trash can in the garage.
Breach of Agreement: Should Tenant(s) fail to uphold any of the above conditions, including falsifying the rental agreement, Tenant(s) understands that they may immediately be evicted from the premises at the sole discretion of the landlord or landlord’s agent.
Residents, Property, and Liability: Tenant(s) agrees to hold Landlord blameless from any and all liability, loss, damage, personal injury (including death), claims, demands, causes of action of every kind and character, without limit and without regard to the cause or causes thereof or the negligence of any party or parties arising in connection herewith in favor of: 1) Any Tenant(s) hereto; 2) any employees of Tenant(s); 3) any business invitees of Tenant(s); 4) any guests of Tenant(s); and 5) any person who comes to the short term rental premises with the expressed or implied permission of Tenant(s).
