We're an Irish and Brazilian couple offering our spacious and comfortable guest double rooms for your escape! We live in a vibrant area, 15 min walk to Temple Bar, Guinness Store Factory, Old Jameson Distillery, Phoenix Park, O Connell St and all facilities. :)
A super central place to stay in a Hipster part of town. This flat mixes history with modern touches and amenities. Eóin is an artist, so you can see also his paints all over the walls. The living room has a table, a comfortable coach, wooden floors and big windows, in case you want to have a look and check Irish weather before going outside (you might never guess it!). The guest bedroom is a cozy and a bright space, with a double comfortable bed, a closet and a mirror. The kitchen is simple, but cozy, and you can find all cooking utensils that you need, like fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. We have two toilets, one bathroom is tiled through out in cream tiles with an electric shower set and a face mirror, it had just been renovated. The other one is cosy and clean. The flat is a big 4 bedroom duplex, we live in one room and the other rooms are airbnb guest rooms. We always get very nice people to stay with us, with references, so the atmosphere is great. :) We like to think our place is a superbly located and lovely flat in the heart of Dublin city, where guests can see what "the Irish craic" is!
Guests will have access to the entire flat (except the other bedrooms).
Kitchen is available for use between 9am to 9pm - please clean after yourself :)
We are usually out of the flat, but we are happy to provide any help or assistance you require! We'd love you to have a great time in Dublin and will provide any information that you ask.
- You are not allowed to smoke in the flat but there's plenty of space to smoke outside the building, just 10 feet from our door.
