Comfortable, spacious and bright mid-terrace house, only minutes from the South Downs, both Sussex and Brighton Universities (by car) and a 15 minute bus journey in to the centre of town. Free on-street parking, only metres from our front door. Comfortable sofas, large dining table and Sky TV in the living room. Tea, coffee, cereal, milk, toast and jams included.
The second double bed is a sofa bed, that is located in the living room. During the day, it is a very comfortable sofa, and at night, it is a very comfortable sofa bed! Wooden blinds in the living room mean that light is shut out, allowing a comfortable night's sleep.
We will be away from the property when you access it, but will be happy to explain everything that you need to know by telephone before and during your stay.
- No shoes in the house, please. There is ample space in the porch to leave shoes and boots.
- The garden is very pleasant, however, there is a 4ft drop or so in one place, so young children must be supervised.
- No smoking, inside or out of the house please.
- We live in a quiet residential area, and enjoy a good relationship with our neighbours. Whilst we want to make sure you have a thoroughly enjoyable stay, please respect our neighbours by keeping to noise to a minimum in the evenings.
